Waste Customer support dept and reaching time

I bought a product, but actually it is a voucher.Also it has been mentioned that it has "Free home delivery" of the product. After some days I called the Dealer for free home delivery, and they told they not got any amount from snapdeal, it is voucher only also that voucher is valid when we purchase for Rs.1000. I was shocked to hear this.The Ad is "pay Rs.75 for  400 Rs off on tupperware, amway product etc.


But the merchant told me need to buy 1000 rs product to avail 200 rs off and buy 2000 rs product for 400 rs offer. I was really very much shocked to hear this. As I am a student I cant buy this much priced product. So I called customer care for this and the agent agreed to refund me amount a week ago.


But upto now I have not got any intimation for there end. And also the time taking to reaching the customer care is really horrible. It also not a tollfree.Also it is a landline number and it is STD cost for me to call from Chennai. Without connecting with the CC I wasted many bugs foe this. And one more thing there are many hidden conditions n the deals, before buying the deal we have to confirm with the merchants who offering this. And also the merchants not showing that much preference for the persons coming with coupons comparing to normal buyers with them. Before buying the deal also we have to check many hidden conditions first and confirm with the merchants. Snapdeal 15% okay, 85% not okay.
