As per my personal experience, Snapdeal has changed itself from no where to very much in the online shopping segment. Personally I wasn’t using this site for more then a year but last month did allot of shopping n I was surprisingly amazed by the Drastic change over service, product verity, price, a very fine app with allot of specification, freecharge and other offers.
As mentioned earlier I experienced a hell like service from snapdeal on every expect. So I used to ignore snapdeal everytime I go shopping online. but looking some of my friends I ordered some products and and the clear change was experienced.
Very good customer service. they provide every detail of your order. even the tracking in app itself was best add-on.
allot of product which were unavailable or on higher price before are now competing with the other e-stores. And the verity of products also the divided category in app is very convenient to search. Got 4 different order delivered at the right time, still I think delivery time was lil more then others.
But in one line. Snapdeal is back into the business! Go on.
