Bad experience

Customer Service(1/5):there site customer service is very poor.before 1 year am purchasing skullcandy earphone on this site.when 6 month later is defected.i was requested for mail invoice they doesn’t response on my mail.and they doesn’t send me invoice on my mail.that time I guest this customer service is very very bad.


Product Quality(2/5):there product quality also very poor.when I purchased earphone they was defected in 6 months.then I realised there product built quality is also bad and they doesn’t provide verified product.


Delivery Timeline(3.5/5):there deliver time is right time but they don’t deliver on home step.so it is a little defect for delivery guy.


App & Website(3/5):there app and site is good for searching and filtering product.there website time load is little slow than other.


Reliability(2/5):there site doesn’t provide greatest offer and deal.they doesn’t launch any fabulous mobile on there site.this site doesn’t give discount offer on season wise.
