Snapdeal sucks

Placed an order on 16-4-2013. Received an email regarding shipment confirmation on 18-4-2013 saying that tracking details would be uploaded in "24-48" hours. No details uploaded till 24-4-2013. Sent them email regarding it, they said they’d reply in "24-48" hours. Received their reply after 4 days saying that they’d "look into the matter." Meanwhile I also contacted their customer care over the phone, again that mystical time of "24-48" hours was mentioned.


No reply or update till 28-4-13 regarding the status. When I again contacted them on 28-4-13 they said that they were "unable to track the courier!" so they’d cancel the order and refund my money within "24-48" hours!! It’s like they’re playing some sort of practical jokes. How could they not have any details of the courier.


I will not recommend this site to anybody ever.
