Apathetic company

Order Id 376343374 placed on 22 Feb, 2012 product ordered was Johareez. Amethyst & Blue Topaz Silver Bracelet. Wrong product was delivered, reverse pick up was arranged, receipt at Snapdeal yet to be confirmed,


no news yet as to when to expect the ordered product, no response to mails being sent on help@snapdeal.com. Payment obviously made and now their keeping quiet is a cause for concern and disturbing to say the


least.


Faith and trust is getting eroded despite all the tall claims made by them. Awaiting company’s response and more importantly the ordered product for which payment has been made or else they should return the money to settle the dispute now.


I am fed up with them now.

Hi Vinod, we are really very sorry for all this confusion. We had received the product on 5th March and had initiated the request for the refund, the very same day. As this is a COD transaction, the refund will be made via cheque that will be delivered to you within 7-10 working days, from the day of receipt of the product. Also we have mailed a request to our finance team to facilitate the process of refund without further delays.
