My all over experience was literally hell. I have ordered a Casio women watch and got the delivery in 4 days but the product I received was a men’s watch and as I was in office my mother made the cash payment to the courier guy.. From that particular moment my hell experience with SNAPDEAL begins.. I registered a complaint with their customer care department on the same day but I have not received any further communication from their end. At last I have sent them the wrong product received by return courier. Their manager who was handling my complaint was not bothered to reply on my calls and text messages. At last I have to say that I will file a police complaint for their irresponsible behavior than at last they bothered to deliver my product. After numerous calls and fights finally I got my product after 1.5 month of battle.
ALL OVER SNAPDEAL IS A BIG NO FOR ME IN EVERY SENSE NOW.. Guys please check the site reviews always before making such purchase.
