I ordered a camera(and as per the site it had 2 freebies 4GB memory card and a carry case). As compared to other sites, I found this deal attractive and hence bought it from snapdeal.
But, I got the order delivered without the freebies. The courier guy was in a hurry and hence didnt wait for me to open the package. When I called him within 5 mins since he left, he says call snapdeal. Having mailed and called them they do not consider you worthy enough to respond(As it is they have received complete payment of the order). And to top it all the customer care executive says, "Maam its only a freebie. You have received your complete order."
Its a way of misguiding the customers. If you do not deliver what you promise, it obviously is an incomplete delivery(be it a freebie or a part of the product)I prefer a rating of very poor specially the way the customer care executives respond. Unfortunately, the option I have is only Poor
