Snapdeal’s service is really really bad, pathetic, treacherous, never ever go for it! Get same product by paying few bucks more, at least you would be avoiding the harassment that you will face by their customer care and delivery and service afterwards!
I have ordered a phone, got it as faulty product, they asked to send the picture then said they will pick it up. However, they delayed the pick up by a week and and the way their service representative call is really bad, if we miss their call then you can not call them back, you have to wait another one-two days to receive their calls.
Lets come to the delivery part, they have deal with the DELIVERY courier which is just sucker, they send me a message daily, saying we will pick the product by end of the day today for continuously 5 days, it is just torturing they are real suckers.
Snapdeal is such a low ethic company.
