I placed an order for Jockey Assorted Pack of 3 Briefs, size 75 cm on 10 August, 2013. However I received a pack of briefs of size 80 cm.
I sent an email to Snapdeal, asking them to replace the product. However, my request fell on deaf ears. Furthermore, I put in my complaint on their website also with no result. This is the poorest service delivery I have faced on the internet in the recent times.
Customer is supposed to be the king but is treated by Snapdeal like a pauper. Kindly refrain from buying from this site even if you see some low prices.
