Snapdeal is non-responsive after damaged delivery

NEVER BUY stuff from Snapdeal.com.  You eventually would lose money to them in case something goes wrong with the delivery or product. They stop responding once they receive money.


They are highly unprofessional people and wont respond at all in case something happens wrong with the delivery.


I ordered a tray set which was delivered after 8 days and that too in broken state. I told the delivery guy itself that the tray set was broken but he refused to take it back and asked me to contact the customer care. And the customer care of snapdeal is totally non-responsive. I emailed them 4 times in a week and they dint answered my emails at all.


I called their customer care center all most on daily basis but they gave just gave assurances that soon some one will contact me for the issue but no one contacted me ever. Moreover, they never let my review shown on their website under the product of which I had this experience.


I eventually have lost my money to them and have pledged not buy stuff from them.
