I have placed the Order 3292247521 on 21 October and order confirmation mail stated that it will be delivered by 27 October. Forget about Delivery its not even shipped yet.
I tried tracking but the tracking page is not updated from 25 October. I tried calling the Customer care but my call is getting dropped due to high volume of calls. Is this the customer centricity snapdeal boast about?
If you are not going to take immediate action on this and give my product I have to complaint in consumer forums and also in my social networking about snapdeal and I do have more than 1000 friends in my network creating a bad impression about snapdeal.I hope you wont lead me to such a worst situation. I am waiting for your reply
