Nightmare of an experience with Snapdeal on festive season. Order a JBL with is due to be delivered on 19-Dec-2015. Order was placed on 14-Dec-2015 on 15-Dec-2015 the status showed that the Courier is out for deliver through Mahindra logistics. So I tried tracking the courier and there was an error spoke to Snapdeal rep Balaji and he confirmed that the courier will be delivered on 19th and will double check and get back to me within the next 2 hours, which never happened.
Wrote several mails trying to get details, which went in vein. Then I connected with Logistics the first time I spoke it ended in a bad experience as they disconnected the call tried calling them back for over an hour and no one answered the phones. Managed to connect with them on 19-dec-2015 which is the last date for the JBL to arrive, Their response "oh the package has not reached bangalore yet, it might take another day or two, on arrival it would be sent to you".
Its christmas and just imagine if I trusted Snapdeal and ordered my product trusting their timeline, guess what might have happened I might have received the product after christmas, and I am still not sure if its a damaged product which might need replacement. So yeah trusting them is not worth it. I placed many orders from Amazon and flipkart both never failed to deliver on time. Unfortunately Snapdeal was the only dealer than had what I need and made the biggest mistake and unwanted tension trying to get this mess sorted out with no help from Snapdeal.
The cost of the order is worth 21231/-, So now you know why I am on pins. 1. unable to track your product, 2. Logistics treats you bad, 3. Snapdeal has no clue what has happened to your product and where it is 4. Logistics takes it very casual 5. Snapdeal is least bothered about you and your issues. 6. And Amir Khan is Ambassador for this brand.
I pray and hope that my product is delivered and hoping that its not damaged goods that I receive.
