The worst experience I have had with #Snapdeal. I bought few products online using my credit card & snapdeal couriered it through Ecom Express Couriers. The consignment went missing for weeks. I called snapdeal several times and they didnt take my complaint seriously. They gave me a tracking number and I contacted Ecom who said they never received the package from Snapdeal.


I made several calls to them and the courier company with no one taking my complaint seriously. They told me to patiently wait and then I had to go to the courier office where my consignment was lying for two weeks and their excuse was they had no delivery boys to send the courier to my house which was less than 4kms from their office and with 6 delivery boys sitting idle.


I was assured by snapdeal advisors that their supervisor will call me back and offer me a compensation for all the trouble I went thru. I still have not got any calls. When I called to inquire they disconnected my call continuously after picking them. Bad customer service, bad delivery and worst company to deal with.
