Snapdeal is not bad...................It's worst

After my recent shopping experience with snapdeal will try to explain how snapdeal customer service work by a simple example.


Lets say you purchased mango pickle from snapdeal but snapdeal sent you mixed pickle.


Now if you contact snapdeal customer support to return/replace the product their response will be - " fmcg product is not returnable/replaceable"


But if you say them its snapdeal fault then they will ask you to provide compensation.


If product mrp is 1000 they will provide you some 50-100 inr.


If you refused to take compensation instead ask for refund or return they will not agree.


Now if you ask them to forward your concern to senior customer support officer.they will do that and tell "we will get back to you within 48 hrs"( for snapdeal 48 hrs= 1 week).


If you get a call senior customer support officer he will repeat the sentence like a parrot -


" fmcg product is not returnable/replaceable and we will offer you 50-100 inr compensation".


snapdeal thinks since mixed pickle do contains mango, so customer should not raise a concern.


Dear snapdeal.do you think customer is fool? your customer service sucks.


You don’t even a single toll free number.why? you want to hide yourself from customer concern? You don’t want to list customer voice?


Why the hell somone will accept the wrong item.As a customer why would I care about your policy if you have made a mistake.


Guys pls avoid snapdeal.Try Amazon where they actual care for their customer.


Snadeal is just a cheap e commerce site which can go to any level to earn profit.


Be ready to spend additional 100-200 inr and 3-4 hrs if you have any issue with the product in order to contact the worst customer service.
