Hello friend, today I want to share my experience with snapdeal
So here it goes,
Actually I was in need of a good power bank and someone suggested me to choose MI10400mah power bank, and as you all know that MI products are only available in flash sales and I wasn’t able to buy one from flipkart or amazon so I decided to buy from snapdeal and this was my biggest mistake.
I ordered MI 10400 mah power bank from snapdeal on 17/07/2015 and the order came to me on 19/07/2015, I was really impressed by the delivery and I started using the power bank, it charged my phone twice then it’s battery finished.
So I kept it on charging and what I noticed was Even after 4 hours of continuous charging only one light was continuously blinking, the second light wasn’t blinking at all
At that time I thought that it may be due to the fact that I used all it’s charging and it’s new so it needs more battery but I was wrong.
As I kept that product on charging for 8 hours and even after 8 hours only one led was blinking so I was clear that snapdeal sold me a fake MI10400mah power bank.
Then I tried to use it to charge my device but this time it gave me even less juice, as it was only capable for charging my phone from 40?-70?
Then on 20/07/2015 I tried to contact snapdeal and tried to return my product as it was of no use for me, but they refused to return it and said that the product was not from a snapdeal assured seller and the seller doesn’t support refund.
And by this they looted my 800rs. And since then I never bought anything from snapdeal because they have fake sellers and after you buy from them they don’t assure for return and refund.
