I had placed an order on snapdeal on 15th Jan’14. After discounts offered by snapdeal, product price was Rs. 1782. On 21st Jan’15(which was given as delivery date) I received a message saying my order is cancelled, I was surprised as I had not placed any cancellation.
On calling customer service I was told that my order was cancelled by snapdeal with reason "Product out of stock".I was surprised as the same product was listed for sale at the same time but at a higher price, when I asked about this, customer service agent(Gaurav) said that If you want you can order the product at higher price & it’ll be delivered.
How come product can be out of stock at the same time available for sale? This clearly shows that snapdeal wants to make money by cheating customer.
