Is Snaldeal Trustpay a sham?
Placed an order(order ID: 3861931604) for King Size Bed for Rs. 27, 729 on 7th of December. Despite the unsuccessful order, they charged.
When checked, the following is what they had to say:
"In case of being charged for the unsuccessful transaction the amount would be automatically refunded through bank into your account within 5-7 working days.
At the same time, we do certainly value your concern and will ensure to further enhance your shopping experience with us"
It’s been 23 days, and my repeated attempt to write to them has been a failure. Poor responsiveness and no empathy.
Has anybody faced similar situations?
