Worst Support from Snapdeal ever of all websites

They just keep on saying, "Sorry for inconvenience will escalate issue" as I have placed an order for Prestige PAN. Received defective product. They asked me to send images, I sent it 10 times and they said to send them in PDF! So awkward how can images be sent in pdf?


It took me almost 15-20 days for replacement Don’t go with snapdeal I request all. Worst Online Shopping always with SD. ShutDown SD.
