I have used snapdeal many times for buying various products and they had pretty good customer service but recently I bought a tempered glass screen protector for my galaxy note 3 and I recieved a damaged product so I raised a claim but they refused to accept it saying that I would have broken.
Very poor customer service.
Product quality is usually good but this time I recieved a damaged product.
Veru good delivery time.
