The worst online Business operation

I ordered a piece of furniture on Aug 21, and unlike other online furniture stores had to pay the full amount . Once that was done, I was informed that the delivery will take a month . This shows that only after receiving the money are they placing the order for the product. After the day for the delivery neared, I was informed that the order was not in stock and my order is being  cancelled and it will take a week to refund my amount.


After about another two weeks, I get another reply saying that my order is cancelled and I will receive my refund in seven days. Thus in all 50 days have elapsed since I made full payment and have yet to receive my money back. Mails to the CEO and COO go unanswered. Mails to Customer Support only elicits their pre printed replies of how sorry they are, but no concrete action is taken to resolve the issue.


Customer’s money is being used to fund their operations it seems. Never again will I buy anything from snapdeal. They are an insensitive and unethical organization .


Beware people of dealing with snapdeal .
