Snapdeal
Snapdeal is the online shopping site. I have bad experience with this shopping company. I purchased the phone form this site and as the placed it received after 10 of order. And when I receive the and when open it phone body was good but other additional material was to be cheap quality as compared to the price of phone. Then I decided to return the item and My return request was accepted by the Snapdeal but The return was self return and they mentioned that to upload courier details in website I do that which instruction given to me. But after that the product gone hang on there was no update regarding my return even the product was delivered to their specified address even that no response regarding my return and when I sent complaint of to email to snapdeal help service there is also the no response. After a long almost ten days the status updated that the product delivered and it continues in quality check and then after five days the message come your order return request was cancelled and we will send you after some time. That’s moment I doesn’t understand why it is happen. even now why the product return cancelled they have not give any reason why they cancel the product. All this I am waiting for my order as they mentioned they will send it back to your address. But after that twenty days passed I am not received any thing and then I complaint regarding this and they doesn’t reply and I summited many time but no response which can resolve my issue. At the end I get refund of my order. But overall it is bad experience with Snapdeal.
Others service of Snapdeal
Company product delivery. As order after that take more days to dispatched the item and it makes the delivery more late.
Customer helpline service.
It is seems to cheating with customer as I feels . There was email and phone number. The emails not reply all time and solution of complaint and the service of phone number I phone them it is not work proper I obey all instructions of it and it reply you have no Snapdeal account so you cannot contact with us. All this there is no proper system to solve the problems of customers.
Site and app working.
Site work properly but some the other products shows which is not searched and some time unnecessary product show in site. And the app working in windows phone some function are not properly work they are just show but no function.
At the end I will get refund of my order but it was my worst experience shopping with Snapdeal. It’s service is not understandable and slow and poor service.
I am not recommended this site because I waste my time shopping with this company.
