I have been shopping on Snapdeal.com from past 1 years. I have noticed significant improvement in all aspects. I had shopped Gadgets to Hand Wash from this site and always enjoyed it. They are consistent in their delivery time and customer satisfaction.
I want to recall one incident, there was a deal on mobile recharge, I bought one thinking it would be applicable on DTH recharge too, but it wasn’t. I wrote to customer service and they cancel my coupon within 2 hrs and processed the refund. This is what I like about snapdeal, great "customer service". No need to hung up on phone for hours, just write them a mail and problem get resolved. From then I always recommend Snapdeal to my friends and family.
Edit: Snapdeal has degraded itself stay away from them as of now.
