First and worst Experience from Snapdeal

On 9th march 2012, I purchased a snap deal voucher of jalaram library, pimple saudagar, Pune.

My order id is 412894397 and I paid Rs50 to snap deal.

My main purpose was to sit and study on weekends, through my own study material, which I confirmed through JALARAM library & they said yes.

But when I reached to JALARAM I found they have only book hiring, small shop, no library(Library means a place to study, & I also confirmed thru phone)

Both snap deal and JALARAM are misguiding. My request is to cancel my voucher & refund my money

There were many hidden payment conditions, which were not mentioned in site of either. From 9th March 2012, I am continuously trying to complain thru phone & thru snapdeal site.

but their system is down.

i seriously recommend every buddy not to fascinate in fake deals.

DO PAISA ZYAADA DO, BUT SAHI SAMAAN PURCHASE KARO.
