I want to share an experience of a recent deal taken from snap deal at Lemon Fusion restaurant Chandigarh
See I like snapdeal and I do get deals which are good but about this deal I had a different experience this can be the problem of the hotel or snap deal Kindly judge yourself
I purchased three couponsworth Rs 120 as one coupon was valid only for 2 person at snapdeal on Friday morning as we were to go in the evening so anyhow I printed the coupon and went to the restaurant Lemon fusion( My Bill Number 838) around 2200 hours on 02/03/2012. The deal was about 40% discount in the restaurant
Now when we went there I straight away went to the counter and showed them at the cash counter and asked them about snapdeal they said yes and asked me and my friends to be seated now and then somebody came and asked me that there is only one coupon I said kindly see these are three and he understood and went back then we guys were sitting and talking the ambiance of this place was nice and so after sometime we ordered the stuff and 20 minutes passed nothing came in as the order was a bit big so I thought it was taking time a person from the staff came with my coupon and asked me to sms the coupon code to some number 95 something and then I will get some other reference code which they needed I kept my cool and did what he said but I waited for five minutes but no message came in so I called up snapdeal.com and asked them and then the call center guy talked to him and then the matter got solved I dont know what it was but it took time and then we started getting served
Now came the bill the total bill was worth 1404 - less discount 522 now 40% of 1404= 560 simply so I asked him and then he said the discount is not being offered on curd now that was nowhere written int the deal https://snapdeal.com/deal-chandigarh-lemon-fusion-bar-lounge

so now that’s the whole story a few questions which are in my head I just wanted to ask
why are the numbers which are to be given to the merchant being smsed to us before hand
why is things not been told that what all things are under discount and what not
I had this experience which I wanted to share so that’s what I did now people judge it accordingly and leave comments
