Snapdeal looting online customers

I’m completely frustrated because of  snap deal cheating


Snapdeal has delivered faulty FAN on 3rd May 2016 ans since then I’m continuously calling to customer care please pickup the return item.


And refund my money back. till 22 of June customer care were assuring that they will definitely pickup the item and will return my money but suddenly on 24rth of Jun 2016, on my call they updated me time limit has been exceeded and snap deal will  not return the money.


I’m not seeing any fault from my side. I always updated to Snapdeal that your courier service is giving wrong information. between above mention duration no one has contacted or visited my place.
