Replacement/ refund messed up

It’s been 10 days that I have requested the replacement of a defective mixer. Numerous calls to their customer service and no progress on order Id: 15649781934


Yesterday the request was closed automatically.


Please learn from flipkart and Amazon how they manage there replacements and refund.


The site is useful only until you are lucky with not receiving a defective sub quality product. After that it gets very frustrating.
