I had recently placed my order of External hard disk of SeaGate its order number is **751488549**.
It was my first experience of dealing with your organization and unfortunately it failed to fulfill our expectations.
The reason behind it is poor delivery services and the courier service involved with your organization.The delivery boy didn’t had basic ethics and also don’t know how to communicate with the customer especially with the women.The delivery boy raised his pitch and told to pick our order from the main road which is nearly 3 km away from our house.When we said it is not possible for us he cut the phone and didn’t respond after that.He didn’t deliver the order too.
*We didn’t expect such kind of services from such renowned organization.This kind of Organisation’s exists only on the basis of customer reliability and mutual relationship. And such kind of incidents will raise a big question mark on your future existence, growth and reliability.*
So , Kindly take needful action regarding the concerned matter.
