Unprofessional approach to E Commerce

I had made a simple order of a headphone which they claimed they give a awesome deal of 10% off, a offer I couldn’t believe or refuse, I paid through my credit card, it showed 3 days of shipping which for a first time user MAY look like reaching me, but NO thats 3 days just for the product leaving the shelf of the vendor, my experience is turning into a ordeal now as its been 5 days and product has not even been dispatched, my amount has been deducted from my credit card and I feel I am helpless, what a BADDEAL exp they’ve been giving, there product catalog is well maintained as well as their payment gateway, but when it comes to delivering the product which actually creates the consumer delight I believe they FALL WAY SHORT, I will not name the other E-Commerce sites that give way better service than snapdeal.


This is bad, the below mentioned mail is the first e mail exchange that happened, I will be writing more and more till the time my order is cancelled, as I am sure with such a pathetic management and team they would be able to make a simple delivery of my product.

I have not yet seen the dispatch of my product, its already 3 days since my order 3 business days that too not holidays or anything, please dispatch the same ASAP
