Worst ever ECom experience with Snapdeal. Never pl

I have ordered a Philips led on 11th Sep having Order no 4246748358 Bluedart Surface AWB no. 57980632555. The product was reached on 17th Sep. to Delhi west warehouse. But there co partner Blue Dart postponed the dates 3 times and all the given dates they missed and couldn’t be able to deliver the product.


I have called Snapdeal 10 times and all the time false assurance I got that your product will be delivered within 24 hrs. Inspire of multiple complains I didn’t received a single cell mplain number.


This is the way prepaid product that’s why they are not taking care of it. If I would have purchased it COD. It would have been definitely reached to me on time. Friends my learning is never ever place any prepaid order in Snapdeal. Otherwise they will make fool of you.
