I ordered(order id: 17187241738) on 9th Dec and followed up with them multiple times(6-8) to sanpdeal customer care since 15th Dec, every time they said "it will get delivered by tomorrow." and today(21st Dec) when I called them they said "your order has been canceled and retuned to origin". the excuse is given them by is "address not found.", My all the orders get deliver on same address and no one has called me to check the address. at the end Snapdeal customer care said followup with curries, when I followed with them they said "we got the notification from Snapdeal saying that return(cancel) this order."
You can imagine how service they are providing.:(
