Please refer to my earlier post with the same subject. Wanted to keep the readers posted on the follow up done by Snapdeal.com. As expected, they have not been able to get back to me inspite of having provided them my number along with my available timings. One of them contacted me but outside my available timings... and I have not heard from them since then.
This proves how much they value their customers. I am not very hopeful of getting a refund since they seem to be pretty careless about this. Also, for those of you who have had a good experience so far, I wish you all the best and hope things do not go wrong.. mine was a small loss...be careful on transactions of large value since you could very well be on the receiving end of this kind of a deal.
I have a request to mouthshut: please stop writing the disclaimer that Snapdeal is working with mouthshut to ensure a better experience for the customers. You are spoiling your name in this partnership which is clearly not going anywhere .. at least for me.
