An other wise happy snap Deal customer, they left a very bitter taste when I purchased a Voltas 1 Tonne EYR AC online from them .
They were extremely opaque on their website about the procedure and costs of installation . Virtually left me to figure it out with Voltas which in itself was an experience .
Later when asked they, gave me some hint from the website which mentioned installation was extra but never told one whats the cost and how to get it done
Worst sill 12 days after getting the AC installed by Voltas by paying Rs 1500 plus accessories . they woke up and incessantly started calling me if the AC needs installation help . Someone even turned up at my door step unannounced and offered to install it for Rs 1200!
Moral - Never by anything that requires installation services online . definitely not from Snapdeal .
