Last winter I wanted a sweatshirt to beat the cold and decided to try out on snapdeal. Well I browsed through and decided to buy a blue cotton sweatshirt. At Rs.799 I thought the quality of the product would be good but I honestly felt it was below par.
The product got delivered within 1 week although I got a message initially stating that it’d take them atleast 15 days to deliver my product so I kind of felt good that I got the product early. They charged Rs.50 for transportation which is fine by me. The problem arose when I opened the wrapper and felt the cloth. On the website it suggested cotton and looked decent enough when I went through the pictures but it turned out to be the fishnet sort which isn’t really good in winters.
My advice to Snapdeal would be to give out better and relevant information about the product and also give a rather approximate estimated delivery date if not accurate because one suddenly can’t leave work to collect the product. Also my request would be to work on improving quality of the products and I’d definitely be buying more products from snapdeal.
