First of all showing a fake products on website and making user to buy and later cancel the order saying is out of stock or ship some cheap and lower price item to customer and wait of customer respond back or the items getting broken in transit.
Not sure if its broken in transit or the broken product is shipped.
And the worst part is the Snapdeal customer support and Delivery system. They drop the call and not transferring the call the manager.
So my suggestion would be don’t go with Snapdeal.
