Again victimised of Delivery Service

After writing my last  review I received a call from Mr.Kamal wherein he assisted me very well & explained about this particular order .I liked his gesture of customer dealing.


Last month I placed 2 orders where in I again got victimised of snapdeal’s pathetic delivery service .I placed order of a mens’ pullover & it took more than 12 days for delivery .On 2nd Feb I placed below mentioned orders :-

I wrote mail to customer care & even tried calling Mr.Kamal but he is no more responding :( to my calls....since last I am continuously following up with Mr.Kamal & Snapdeal but NO RESPONSE ..I think I’ve wasted my Money.

Hi,We are really sorry that the product was delivered to you even after you had put the request to cancel it. It is a mistake on our part and we know that we should improve it. We also understand your concern that there is a time lag between the placing of order and delivery of the product but we are trying to improve that. When we started in March, the delivery time for products was 10-12 days and now we are able to deliver the products within 5-7 days for 99% of our transactions. Very soon, you will see Snapdeal delivering the products within a short span of time.Coming back to the point of your cancelling the order, we are once again very sorry for that and we will investigate how this has happened. Can you please share your order id with us. We want to track this issue and see what really happened and why. Please be assured that a strict action will be taken against the person concerned.
