On 2nd december , i ordered two strontium 4gb micro sd cards from snapdeal.com


Order id: 236641623


Order id: 236632619


Each order had one strontium 4gb micro sd card, so overall two strontium 4gb micro sd cards.

Instead of sending 4 two gb mircro sd cards these guys have sent me two 4gb sdhc cards.


Wrong product delivery.

So , i called them & raised complaint,


Token number for order id: 236641623 is 34050 and


Token number for order id: 236632619 is 34045.


They promised me they will arrange reverse pickup and this time right product will be delivered this time....blue dart courier boys have called me and took my sdhc cards and gave awb no : 13287407221, product has been successfully to snapdeal office, delhi


Today i got e-mail from tabish.shamsi@jasperindia.com, in that e-mail he said.....


Dear sir,


This mail is in regards to your order :236632619.we really apologize to inform that due to certain stock issue we are not able to give you the product delivery and we are processing your order for refund . Which will be credited back to your account within next 10-12 working days.


Out of stock ???? What the hell , they promised right product delivery after raising complaint..


They are refunding money for only one order , what about other order? Order no 236641623, no refund for this order???


Here’s the story,


Actually the wrong product delivery is intentional by them, when i ordered two strontium 4gb micro sd cards on dec 2nd, they did not have stock of micro sd cards on that day only, they just don’t want to cancel my order and refund money, greedy people...so they have sent sdhc cards..they thought people will just shut their mouth and never call back and raise complaint...this is how this company works, poor business ethics...shame on you snapdeal...their e-mail support sucks, they never read entirely...


Guys stay away from this site, if they don’t have stock, they are gonna ship any other item......don’t think it’s by mistake, they are doing it intentionally
