I am a frequent snapdeal user .I purchased many deals with snapdeal , but till now I am completely unsatisfied.following are the reasons.
BAD THINGS ABOUT SNAPDEAL
1-on diwali offer they provide promo code valid for unlimited times, i made some purchase ....later on they cancel all my orders.
2-cash on delivery is not available on all products. I don’t know why?
3-delivery time is very long and very bad.
4-the rates on snapdeal is much higher so is not affordable, other online sites providing products on cheaper rates then snapdeal by giving direct discount or by giving other discount in indirect way.
5-rates are much higher.
6-offers and discounts are available .
7-many times after placing the order , , they facing the stock problem or may they lie to their customer, by not providing the same ordered products.
8-every time when they want to cancel the order they cancel it .and after that send the funny excuse , , that we try to call you many times, but the call was not connected and we are cancelled your orders.
9-they are not sending bills with all items , , , many times I have seen this.
10-the main and big problem , , when they deliver the product the order no is not mention on that which is required.and customer is only aware of the order no , so each delivery has to be mentioned with the oreder no for customer satisfaction ...in that case home shop 18 is far more better then snapdeal.
11-if the customer want to talk the customer care he had to pay std charges .
12-they dont values their customer
13-if some one who is reffered and visiting website first times it is shown-----it seems that you are already registered.
14-some times the promo code is not used , , by internet disconnection or by other problem , , then it can not be used again and shows , , that it is already used.
15-so have to solve these technical errors.
GOOD THINGS ABOUT SNAPDEAL
1-Packing of products is of best quality than any others.
