Snapdeal misleads, lies, doesnt respond.

I purchased something on 24th Nov. I was told to wait for 10 days before shipment. On 11th day, they told me that product was shipped and gave me a shipment number. After a couple of days, when I did not receive the product, they told that the shipment number was wrong, and the product was shipped only today, and they would give me the shipment number after a couple of days. If the product was shipped, why couldn’t they give the shipment number?


After couple of days, again they gave me the same old shipment number that did not exist. I have not yet received the product, and I believe the product has not yet been shipped. They are just lying and misleading.


At least twice they told me that someone would call me up within 24 hours, but no one calls up. Even 30 minutes ago, they said, some one would call up within 5 minutes. No one has called up yet.


The call center just says, ’I understand your concern’, but they do absolutely nothing to handle the concern. You feel like you are stuck. Worse than government agencies. Worst internet shopping experience I  had in the last 10 years.
