Worse online shopping experience ever !

I had a very bad experience with Snapdeal.I bought a pram for my niece few months ago from snapdeal.As per the information provided on site, it was in the stock and in a perfect condition but when I got my order, the pramp was in a damaged and old condition.


I returned my order and asked to return my money back as I was totally shocked with the condition of their product, i didnt want any replacement.After following up with them continously, they finally returned my money.I do have some not so good experiences from other online ecommerce sites but they were just of late delivery but this was the worse! How can you deliver a damaged product to your customer?
