Snapdeal not delivering product

I have ordered Nokia Lumia 720 on 26-Dec-2012. My order number is 1547153845.


At the time of ordering a product they showed  the shipping date is before 31-Dec-2013 but still on 9-Jan 2013, they didn’t shipped the product yet.


After the number of calls customer care guys are saying that they don’t know when the product is going to be shipped.
