Victim of Snapdeal

I, Sucheta Mehra, had ordered an "Epson L210 Printer" vide Order ID no. "2741566501" on September 1, 2014 which was to be delivered to my Mumbai residence. As per the information provided on your portal, the said printer was suppose to be delivered to me by September 8, 2014.


However, on September 13, 2014, I received a call from BlueDart, Kolkata, stating that the said printer has been delivered to Kolkata instead of Mumbai.


Despite of making innumerable calls to your customer care, in order to track the aforementioned shipment, no initiative was taken from your end to fix the said issue. To add on, I was told that I will receive a call from your backend team to resolve the said issue, but no such communication has been made to me either by telephone or email.


Moreover, since the said printer has been already dispatched, the customer care representative refused to take any cancellation request from me.


I was in urgent need of a printer which is why I had ordered one from Snapdeal, and I have still not received it. Moreover, since I have already paid through my credit card, I cannot even go and buy one from a brick and mortar store, as I am not sure whether I will ever get a refund from Snapdeal.


I am extremely disappointed with the services of Snapdeal and regret my decision to purchase a printer from this website, considering the fact that I was in urgent need of one.
