Defective product sent

Product Order ID - 996735918 and Complain no. is 2198231. I have received a defective product Order ID - 996735918 and Item Asus RT-N10E Wireless Router Complain no. is 2198231, After repetitively complain via mail / phone , they promised me that they will arrange a reverse pick up but no one from Bluedart come to my home to pick up the item. After 13 days of my complain , one guys from Snapdeal call me & told me to send the defective product at my own cost which will be refunded to me.


They got the defective product on 13.06.2013 via Bluedart Courier AWB-60156788064 & they also called me on 15.06.2013 & said that Snapdeal vendor will replace my defective product and shipped it within 5 (five) days. But now I am feeling cheated by the service of the Snapdeal, every time they are making false promise to customer that we are working & they will call back soon. After buying my product one month has gone, but I could not used a single day a newly purchased product.I am very frustrated about Snapdeal service, their support team is not working to solve my problem immediately. they should listen my voice. I could not bear with them more time. I am losing my patient. I am till now waiting for replacement.


If my complain will not be resolved within the period of 30(Thirty) days of raising my complain, as per Trustpay commitment, I will ask for refund for entire amount I have paid to Snapdeal. I have paid snapdeal Rs.990/- + Courier charges Rs.150/- , hence amount comes to Rs.1140/-.
