I have ordered a Micromax canvas nitro mobile from Snapdeal on 28th September and even after 14 days I had not received a product. Being fed up with delivery, I decided to return the handset, because it was too late. On 12th October I return the handset & 20th I received the confirmation from Snapdeal, regarding my refund. Now, it more than 15 days and more than 4 complaints, I have not received my refund.
And Even their Customer Care Executive are big losers, they end up calls without providing proper answer to customer.
Even before that when I ordered samsung galaxy grand 2, they have delivered to wrong address, unfortunately I was lucky because they have delivered to one of my relatives, so they have given back to me.
At the same time my experience with Flipkart, Myntra & Amazon was good.but Snapdeal its horrible.henceforth I will not suggest anyone to buy from Snapdeal.
