I had a very bad experience with Snapdeal.com for the second time hence thought of sharing this with the forum. First time it was a Beetle Cordless phone. I opened the box after 7 days from Delivery date and found that the phone was not functioning. I contacted Snap deal and they asked me to go to Beetle service center which is very far off and once I made it to the service center and had to return back looking at number of people in the Q ahead of me. Phone is thrown to the Bin.
If I had so much time I would not have bought via Snapdeal and would have gone to a reputed store and bought it after testing.
Second time its a Nikon Camera. The package included Camera, Accessories, Travel case and a 8GB memory card. I opened the box to find out that 8GB card and Travel case was missing. I called them back and they said we will get back to me after 48 hours. But I am travelling tonight and I have buy it again paying extra from my pocket.
I am very dissappointed with Snapdeal and you guys please take extra caution before you purchase.
I have purchased from Amazon and FlipKart may times before and I am very much satisfied.
