urgent support required as on 27 may I purchase product of diffrent
cost of rs 32203 on emi for 6 months .
latter on bill I got to know I have to pay full payment as 4 product
cancell by snapdeal due to non availibity .
snap deal assured the cost of four product will reflect as cash back
to my bill but for 3 it does and for 4th cancell product it reflect
cash back but details as cancell .. so over all emi cancell due to
snapdeal fault .
snapdeal admit its there fault but escaping and saying I have to pay
the bill in one go.
initially I order as per emi for 6 month how can I pay the full in one go.
need help how as following snapdeal every day from 17 th 2013 but not
getting proper response and snapdeal escaping.
now I my bill payment for credit card is comming in 2-3 days.
what I do...its making me lot of pressure and sanpdeal is hurting me
financial loss as well as social image loss.

after 50 days follow up..no proper response and I send below mail to snapdeal CC to Kunal ceo.
As per your request I have reconnected to hdfc bank
for emi but the revert is that emi cant be done on cancel emi.
they can do this as cash on call option for 32203 for minium 12 month
and including processing fee and service tax will cost
and is near about same as for emi of 6 month.
-----for minimum 12 months---------
1.2 % interest per month
2 % processing on Rs 32203
service tax for emi of 32203
interest on outsatnding on bill after 4th june till emi date start for
32203.

hdfc bank representive said they cant send
the charges detial untill it requested to process.
so they can come on call conference to proof snapdeal
for the charges and comparission
second interst will be there as per late payment on previous month and
coming month.
Rs 3600+1420+1420+mob call 800 + compentation for following till date
of resolution witout customer fault.
either have a call conference as said by HDFC bank so they can proof snapdeal for the charges
and comparission.
refer to bank email send to me. sending attachment of hdfc mail , june and july bills
I believe being good to customer snapdeal will also add on a compensation
out of above two optionfor my number of phone calls and problem faced
making it to "customer first" and value it.
offerring Rs 1500 is not acceptable.
Its going more than a month the issue is not resolved and I am getting mail
reminder from HDFC bank for payment which inturn force me due to snapdeaal
to come legally to snapdeal.
compensate properly for early closer
