Snapdeal has become snatchdeal.....

On 20.11.2014, I placed a COD(Cash on Delivery Order) no. 3644380315 on snapdeal.com for two numbers of same product(pogo spice jar set) which were sent in two different packages.Out of the two shipments, one(containing damaged product) was delivered to me on 04.12.2014. While making the delivery, the courier guy had taken from me the whole amount of Rs.1091/- as the item was billed for Rs.1091/-. The same day, I spoke to the customer care executive of snapdeal.com and informed him about the same. The guy assured me that there was no need to worry as I did not need to pay anything for delivery of the other package. Sadly, the second package never reached me. The damaged prooduct was returned by me and Snapdeal refunded me Rs.545/- for the same. However, balance Rs.546/- for the product which the snapdeal never delivered, has yet not been refunded despite my repeated requests over phone, mails and facebook post. I have spoken to their their customer care team on more than ten occasions, each costing me 30-40 rupees, but to no avail.  Have received many apology mails but no real solution. Am seriously thinking about taking the matter to consumer forum and seeking for some hefty damages for making me feel so miserable for purchasing something from snapdeal.com.
