Delay in cancellation and lack of coordination.

This was the first time I ordered for a product from Snapdeal. It was a Sony XPERIA ZR which had a price that was quite competitive, but as they could not give me a guarantee of 24 hours to 48 hours delivery, I had to cancel it.


It has been almost 12 days since I had cancelled my order, IT IS STILL NOT DONE. They are so slow and they keep saying  it is a system error and I keep getting a delayed delivery of product sms.


I have called them and sent emails yet there is no proper follow up regarding the same. My experience has been really bad and I would not mind paying a little extra for better service.


My experience has been bad and I would not recommend it to anyone as well.
