I have been a satisfactory customer of Snapdeal for quite some time.As on today I feel it is one of the few trusted online shopping portals.
But this time I got disappointed after purchasing Casio Edifice Chronograph watch EF 539D 7AVDF order no.13964128823 on 28th June 2016.I received the watch well on time but without the warranty certificate contrary to what was displayed in the deal.On contacting customer care they answered that the invoice would work as guarantee certificate.**For the first time I felt that SD is going backward from its commitment**. It is clearly mentioned I’m their website that the watch comes with warranty certificate.As I understand from Casio India Website that if the watch doesn’t come with warranty certificate with hologram, it could be fake.**To my surprise they even didn’t publish my product review which was an honest feedback** about my experience so that other buyers may benefit from it.Perhaps they don’t want the truth to be revealed to the prospective buyers.In fact other online shopping portals are selling the same watch at half a price with difference that the watch doesn’t come with manufacturer’s warranty. **This creates serious doubts about the authenticity of the watch.*
I had to travel out of India the very next day I received the watch and still I am abroad while I write this review. That’s why I could not refund the watch.
*This is the first time I had a bad experience with snapdeal or is this just the beginning?*
