On 15th Dec, I have made payment of 514 Rs. from my mobikwik wallet. a Successful Payment was made with Transaction ID:- CCABL1AFV118.
After being successful payment, Snapdeal said Payment Failure. Now For refund of my Amount from Snapdeal. I have register my complaint on 16 dec 2014. My complaint Number was "13322402" at snapdeal customer care center.
I have already submitted all the document to snap deal .But till date No refund is Initiated. Every time customer care executive only give me fake commitment that they will process it in 2 days, but till date nothing happened. It was my worst experience with Snapdeal.
Please Team. Help me.
