Snapdeal website is not a good website for online shopping because of the following reason: First If we talk about their customer care service is the worst service provided by the Snapdeal. If you call the Snapdeal Customer care then you can pay money or rather we say the balance of your mobile at the high rate. Snapdeal does provide tollfree Customer number.
If we talk about product quality then it is also not so good, a few months earlier I order laptop keyboard cover, I got three times wrong product, I never get the right product after that I never use Snapdeal again. It also takes a long time to replace the order or the provide order to your address.
If we talk about the websites and app then the Sanpdeal is good but not so good because Sanpdeal server is not so fast, as result browser takes more time to load the content.
Finally, I want to say that please don’t do online shopping on Snapdeal and also I don’t suggest you to do online shopping on snapdeal.
